Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap Settings inside the app, then “Restore Purchases”. The premium content will be re-unlocked on any device signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. If it still doesn’t work, send us an email and we’ll help.

How do I change the reminder time?

Open Settings inside the app, enable Daily Reminder if it isn’t already on, and pick the time you’d like to be notified. Make sure notifications are also allowed for Countdown in iOS Settings.

How do I reset my stats?

In Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap “Reset statistics”. This clears your game history, streaks, and trophies on this device. The action can’t be undone.
